The City of Indio has announced the launch of the highly anticipated “Indio Leadership Academy,” an immersive program designed to foster a deeper understanding of the city’s operations and empower residents to become catalysts for positive change.
The Indio Leadership Academy is a transformative seven-week program meticulously crafted to unveil the inner workings of the city. Through an engaging series of sessions, city department members will reveal the critical tasks that keep Indio running smoothly and efficiently. From essential services that touch the lives of Indio residents to innovative projects shaping the city’s future, participants will have the unique opportunity to witness firsthand the true heartbeat of Indio.
