Palm Desert Food & Wine, a premier Southern California culinary festival produced by Palm Springs Life and presented by Agua Caliente Casinos, begins on Thursday, March 19 and continues through Sunday, March 22. World-renowned chefs will showcase their culinary creativity, and new this year is the Carte Blanche Grand Tasting Experience, elevating the festival to an even more immersive level.

This year’s culinary celebration will showcase some of the most recognizable names in the food world, including Curtis Stone, Jet Tila, Alex Guarnaschelli, Nancy Silverton, Zac Young, and Afrim Pristine. Each chef will bring their signature flair to Palm Desert with live cooking demonstrations, exclusive tastings, and unforgettable moments of culinary creativity.
The new Carte Blanche Grand Tasting Experience is designed for true food and wine connoisseurs. This highly curated festival experience will feature an exceptional selection of fine wines, artisanal bites, and elevated presentations, all in an exclusive luxury tent setting.
