29th Valley-Wide Employment Expo Set to Connect Job Seekers with Top Employers

By Bob Marra

The 29th Valley-Wide Employment Expo will take place on Thursday, September 19, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Fantasy Springs Special Events Center in Indio. This annual event offers job seekers a prime opportunity to network with leading employers in the region, engage in valuable workshops, and explore numerous job opportunities.

The Expo is a collaborative effort spearheaded by Riverside County’s Department of Public Social Services and Housing and Workforce Solutions, alongside the State of California’s Employment Development Department, Department of Rehabilitation, and the State Council on Developmental Disabilities. This year’s event promises to continue its tradition of connecting businesses with professional candidates from across the Coachella Valley.

With approximately 100 businesses participating, the Expo is designed to facilitate face-to-face interactions between job seekers and recruiters or HR managers. Attendees will have the chance to learn about various career opportunities and take the next step in their professional journeys. While the event is free for job seekers and registration is not required, it is highly recommended to enhance the overall experience.

Employers attending the event will have the unique advantage of meeting a diverse pool of candidates ready to contribute their skills and talents to local businesses. For more information about the event and to stay updated, visit desertjobexpo.com.
