Martha's Village & Kitchen names Miki Jordan as President/CEO.

Martha’s Village & Kitchen has appointed nonprofit veteran Miki Jordan as its new president and CEO, overseeing one of Greater Palm Springs’ largest providers of services for individuals and families experiencing homelessness and poverty. Jordan will lead the organization’s full continuum of care, including emergency shelter, transitional housing, meals, childcare and education, case management, and community outreach.

Jordan brings decades of nonprofit leadership experience, including roles as president and CEO of Wayfinder Family Services and Para Los Niños, where she led major expansions in programs, budgets, and geographic reach. She is also co-founder of Partners for Impact, a consultancy that advises nonprofit leaders nationwide on strategy, governance, and fundraising.

“Becoming part of Martha’s Village & Kitchen is deeply meaningful to me,” Jordan said. “The organization’s focus on restoring dignity, offering hope, and opening doors to long-term self-sufficiency is vital for our community.” Board chair Jonathan Espy called her “the ideal person to lead Martha’s into its next chapter,” citing her record of expanding services and impact for vulnerable populations.
